Refund Policy

Right to return:
If something doesn't suit you or you regret your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the product.

How to make a return:
Send an email to support@fashionshopping.store stating your name, address, email, and order number. Specify the products you want to return and the reason for the return. Make sure the product is unused and has all tags attached. You're responsible for the shipping costs to return the product.

Once we receive your product, we'll inspect it. If it's used or in a condition where we can't resell it, we won't issue a refund, and you'll have to cover the return shipping if you want the product back.

Right to complain:
If you receive a damaged or incorrectly shipped product, you have the right to complain.

Email us at support@fashionshopping.store immediately after discovering the damage or error. In the email, state that it's a complaint, and provide your name, address, email, and order number. Describe the issue with your product, preferably with pictures.

We'll either fix the issue or provide a similar product. If we can't do either, we'll issue a full refund to the account you used for payment. You'll be responsible for the shipping costs if the complaint is approved.
